New Castle police seeking leads in triple shooting

They need to shut that place down.

I am origionally from close to this area and its a shame that two days later, this is all the information that is had so far.

I hope they catch whoever who did this. One of those people who was shot is my cousin and he's fighting for his life right now thanks to some inhumane persons out there! Nothing is worth trying to take someones life

I really feel for the family of the man who is fighting for his life. I went to school with him, he's a good person, doesn't bother nobody at all. As far as closing the elks, they really need to make it 30 and up. I go there on the weekdays there an older crowd and it's very relaxing, you can enjoy yourself

My prayers & blessings are with Jory & everyone invovled. U was shocked when I read this article about Jory!
The root of the probelm is not shutting the "Elks" down, but having outreach programs and positve mentor programs for the youth in New Castle.
The Elks can be a postive place for young people to socialize in a meaninful way.
I am a firm believer of prevention vs. intervention.
As I do not reside in New Castle. However, it's clear just driving around New Castle that there are a lot of problems that the people in New Castle are facing that one would thing that a large Urban area would face.
There have been many people who have been shot, and as a result have been murdered in the past years. Where are outreach programs? Mentor programs?
It's actually depressing to me when I do visit New Castle. n saying this that We as a people must put programs in place to save our youth.
Wishing Jory a speedy recovery...With prayer anything is possible:-)

Update on Jory Everything is going well with him. He is talking and doing 100% better! The doctors say its a miracle. Our family thanks everyone for their prayers and asks all keep praying for him and our family during this hard time. Anyone with information should come forward. This could have been anyones family member anywhere, and I'm sure if it happened to you or your family you would like justice. As said earlier, its not being a snitch, it could possibly save someone elses life

This guy was hiding out with his cousin in El Paso Texas. His cousin is the UTEP basketball player Stefon Jackson from Philly. Didn't Stefon Jackson's little brother get shot and killed a couple of years ago. Sound like a bunch of troublmakers from Philly to me.

I'm familiar with El Paso and let's not be so judgemental on Stefon and hope that everyone get's some much needed treatment & it's a blessing that the alledged shooter has been captured, and have faith in the system & have faith that the system will get the alledged shooter some help.

There are a lot of negative things that has been said about Stefon & I'm not sure if he was aware that he was aware of what his cousion did. Along with capturing his cousion there was another 20 year old kid who was also captured and wanted on murder charges. Do you think that this kid would actually hideout these people?

A lot of negative is said about Stefon because he has been positive while at UTEP.

Let's keep it positive & thank God that Jory and the other 2 people who were shot survived and can speak in court.
