The local army recruiter was arrested a few weeks ago for hitting someones car while drunk and driving a us gov. vehicle. Now they are dropping th DUI charge and what ever other ones and giving him a lesser charge. I wonder where our juctice system is! This was is second DUI. Any opinions!
