I can't agree with the "location" factor. It doesn't matter where you live... You know that stealing, murder, beating up people is WRONG. Some people just have a blatant disregard for the law and don't give a crap about anyone else. Location doesn't teach that.

Yes, I do read the police blotter a lot. I try to see how bad the crime is, and to see if anything happens in MY neighborhood. If it does, then I can NOT mind my business and keep an eye open in my neighborhood to try and help thwart the crime. Well, that and to see if anyone I know is doing stupid things... LOL!
