Sad state of affairs when three boys are not charged with atleast animal cruelty. Where are the parents on days like this. Supervised kids don't do things like this. These are the same kids that will be getting into fights in school, robbing stores and possibly killing people later on. God forbid that we get ahold of them now, get them the emotional support that they need, and try to help them become better people.
