Has anyone have found a person who cooks with the real latin flavors? I moved from PR on 2003 to the States with my MOM. Luckily I have her to make my latin urges when I want them. Do you missed that flavor, year around, from Thanksgiving, through out the Christmas, Noche Buena, Reyes y las Octavitas. Well we have visited a few wellknown restaurants in the area, as well as out of State like in Philly, and Baltimore, but not even close..DOn't take me wrong they got some flavor, but now like the one you got from PR, with the ajisitos, recao, oregano brujo,,wow, Its amazing bringing all those flavors together...Have you found a place that you can really eat a nice Criolla??? if so, please share it with us...thanks
