Should people who are on welfare be subject to a Drug Test?

Just throwing this question out there.
After hearing of people who are on government asstistance(dependant's of all taxpayer's). Receiving medication's for free or $1.00 such as xanax, sleeping pill's, and not to mention adorale/riddlen for their children and taking it themselves. Which is becoming very popular and yet no test's on the levels of medication in the child's blood stream are being done to see if the med.s are being properly comsumed by the child.
Why are there no drug test's being done on the Parent's who receive such benifit's and not just saying that all parent's are abusing the medication intended for the minor child. Cocaine or Pot for example.
Where does this go from here? Why are the taxpayer's being taxed for expensive medication, when we can't afford our own insurance?
I'm upset to know that the money being spent will only continue without our government doing something.
If an employee of the government is subject to random drug test's, why aren't they drug testing all of the people who receive our tax payer's money. They cash the government check as well as an employee of the government.

People like you "Kracker" are the reason I think you who are on Welfare should be drug tested.... you must be shaking in your boot's right now wondering if you'll be able to receive your next check. "By stealing my tax dollar's to support you and other's out there who are just like you." Oh, by the way I heard that Welfare also pays for drug counseling. Just another way to see that my tax dollars are hard at work.......
