Apparently Kapil is being held at Middlesex County Adult Correction Center in North Brunswick in lieu of $1 million bail. The paper reports that "He was asked to surrender all his traveling documents. His driver's license was suspended." My heart gpes out to his parents and family back home in India. I did not knoe any of them personally, but I think it might be helpful if some relative tries to contact him. He is just 24! The guilt of the fatal accident is bad enough, the proposed sentence must be making him go crazy. My prayers are with his family.
