I would like to start of by saying that I am the mother of the 9 month old that was injured. I truly believe that the 14 yr old should've recieved a harsher puishment. I do not believe a 3 yr probation period is just punishment for their action. My daughter could've been seriously injured if not killed because of their foolish actions. That still stays with me till this day. And as far as the 17 yr old, well let's just say he was already on probation for the same offense. When will this stop!! This is a prank seen way too much and I feel 3 years of probation is not sending out the message to kids that this a serious and potentionaly dangerous offense. I am extremely disappointed in the system and how kids are punished for doing careless and dangerous crimes.

Ya ok. lets just beat everyone we see. Lets just cane them to death like in the old days. After that we should just burn them at the stake as well.
