Being that cocaine is crack how is it that for individuals caught in possession of the same amount of each, possession of crack carries a federal mandatory and cocaine doesn't...
Crack is preferred in the prodominatly minority community, Cocaine is perferred in the Non Minority Community.
Meth is as destructive as Crack, Meth is perferred in the non minority community and has alway had a strong market and showing in the Delaware Valley. Mafia and Motocycle Gangs manufactor distribute meth for years there.
There is no mandatory time for possession of Meth
Discrimination is alive and well so this forum suggests, if a Black man without a record can not get employed , what hope is there for a man coming

Don't bring up Affirmative Action, Affirmative Action only applies to public entities, or firms who use and contract with Public Governments.
Affirmative Action is the consequence for the U.S Government allowing state and local laws such as the Black Codes and Jim Crow to prevail, and legal discrimination at Government agencies, or on Government contracting projects. These laws, customs and practices existed from 1877 until 1975. To maintain the rule of law in america the government has to accept accountiability for their actions in not protecting equally those citizens excluded from opportunity during that time. Constitution grantees each citizen equal access and protection.
