Why do people get so upset when they hear the word " Illegal Aliens " It's not a dirty word or a bad word it's just a word to let us know who belongs here and who deosn't. If your not an "Illegal Aliens " then this word shouldn't bother you. But if you are an "Illegal Alien" then someone else must be reading this to you because it's not in spanish. Maybe we should ban these words so we don't upset "Illegals "

We shouldn't ban the phrase "illegal aliens." It's pretty accurate. We shouldn't ban any phrases. There's this freedom of speech thing we enjoy here.

Should illegal aliens be upset if they were referred to as illegal aliens? No, that's stupid. I'm pretty sure people are not upset at terminology. They're probably upset with racists or hateful attitudes some people have on these boards. It goes for both sides.

Instead of calling each other names like wetback or white devil cracka', why don't we try just using the plain black and white dictionary words for what we are? Illegal aliens, legal aliens, tax payers, tax evaders, racists, etc... without getting all sensitive. People are too sensitive.

Fine, get upset if somebody is actually name-calling, but if they're using accurate descriptors, there's no need get all upset.

For example, when you're talking about people's skin color, black people for example, don't say African-American unless you're talking about African nationals who have become American; this means anybody from the African continent. Charlize Theron is African-American! She became a US citizen in May 2007.

These people we have here of different colors with American passports now, they're just plain American. Americans are made up of all kinds of colors. And if you're talking about skin color, just say black, white, or brown. I'm pretty sure you're not going to find anything too different than those choices anyway. And don't say olive is a skin color. Olives are green. Nobody is green.

OBAMA says we can no longer ues the term ILLEGAL ALIEN, henceforth they will be called UNDOCUMENTED DEMOCRATS.

Before I let them in my camioneta, I have them sign their voter registration card and sign an oath to always vote for Democrats. So I don't think they're really undocumented.
