Heroine Overdose Death Reported

Two held for trafficking the drug, more charges possible. Last night 20-year old New Bloomington resident Stephanie Rowland died of an apparent heroine overdose.

we are all sad for your loss of your daughter. stephanie was a very loving and kind friend. we will miss her greatly. we all loved her and too are suffering from this unfortunate and untimely loss. my children, kirstion and madison considered her as they're aunt stephie and love her and will miss her very much. lots of love from the casto and frye families
