I ordered the impressive View through Glassed machine the Bosch dishwasher machine during the HOmeDEx exhibition in KLCC. SO i paid deposit and eventually balance at the time square RM2XXX before get it delivered.
To my surprise, this dealer- Best Denki, being one of the big appliance dealer in the country , the support is just LOUSY. 1. WHen i opened the manual on Firday afternoon, all the manual provided none is english, so i understand they shipped this models from European version. As i browse through the internet, i manage to get one from UK , but the manual is different model. 2. DUring the exhibition, they promised 2 detergent and rinse items plus power tool as promotional Gift. But I did not get any detergent powder . except two tiny solid pieces of rinse agent, attached inside the machine. Delivery boys said this is ' new Things'- so forward me the manual to read. SO after calls and visit to another show room, i found few problems. None of Best denki staffs know how to explain and answer my queries (i pretend to be a new buyer then )-as i try to operate the machine without a proper ENGLISH language manual. The Bosch appliance support office closed on SAT and SUnday. I undertsand the promotion gift is from Bosch Malaysia and not Best Denki then. Shop keeper told me promotional staff will come to the shop in 1 hour time. But we were on our way back home. I m very disappoint with the attitude and supporting and event product knowledge of the dealer. People just answer you without any commitment to get thing done, I understand it is a weekend, but when i get my item paid and delivered to myhouse and the failure of the supply chain and system, i just cannot use it. SO this is a lousy impression i had with Best Denki and 'Bosch appliance.' ANyone care to redirect this email to CEO of both Bosch appliance and Best Denki- Japan, apparently, i could not find the right channel to reach them, The warrant card 3 e stated " Improper usage of appliances not according to our instruction and operational manual- warranty not covered. But being the first time user of this Bosch dishwasher machine. SGS 33E12 EU/??, without a ENGLISH manual , WHat should I DO..? |

Bosch Malaysia Service is top class, 8.45am MOnday the CRO called and promised to settle everything by 1.30pm . Case closed. thank you.

For other readers facing the same problems, two suggestions.
Contact Bosch directly: BSH Home Appliances Sdn Bhd No. 8A Jalan 13/6 46200 Petailing Jaya Selangor, Malaysia See http://www.bsh-group.com.my/index.php... (as this website doesn't allow posting of phone numbers etc.) Or better still download the manual from: http://www.bshappliancecare.com/Bosch/ > Instruction Manual Download Enter your appliance model number (E number) and click "Go". That way, you can save a copy of the manual and print out a spare as a working copy. When calling Bosch, ask to speak with the dishwasher technician who can answer all your questions. I had to do the same with the tabletop dishwasher when I couldn't initially find the salt in Melaka. Also, the sample bottle of Calgonit detergent and rinse aid was missing (pinched?) and it took my parents two separate visits to get the full-sized bottles which were meant to be gifts with purchase from Best Denki. Trust me, Best Denki don't know much about the appliances they sell, perhaps 90% of the electrical sales staff know far less than the prosumers out there today. All the sales staff seem to do is read out the features on the item (as if we were illiterate!), or tell you the price (as if we had no numeracy skills either). Ask them anything more technical and it's blank looks all around. Very irksome!! |

We purchased Bosch 7 kg 600 rpm for RM2xxx in Best Denki before Hari Raya after being convinced by their sales advisor. What a disapointment when the clothes after spin came out heavy and damp compared to my previous Electrolux 500 rpm.
When I tried to call the customer service, the staff turn up the next day and just said that is nothing much he can do. We should have brought a higher spin machine. In the first place, Bosch staff in Best Denki tell it is good enough to have 600 rpm and it will get the clothes dry enough. Imagine not having to test the machine, we brought and now the same company staff tell it is too bad, you pick the wrong machine. When we try to talk to the manager, they even hang up on us and didn't bother getting back to us. Been new in the market, Bosch certainly have a lot to learn about customer satisfaction.. |
