drama ask "what's the story about this"? before one judges eric, they have to know why we're discussing him anyway. we're discussing how long he's in jail, did he have his trial yet, and etc. a person unfamiliar with this story would have to catch up somhow. if the athmer woman was not killed by the irresponsible actions of eric, we wouldn't have a story.

ASK "SNEAKY PETE" AND "DUCK BUTTER". THEY ARE EASY'S FRIENDS ON ANOTHER THREAD CALLED,(THREE ARE INJURED IN ACCIDENT NEAR AVISTON). THEY ARE TALKING TRASH ABOUT "FREE ERIC" AND DRINKING, SNUFFING,DRIVING IMPAIRED AND DOING HOOKERS. IF THESE ARE TRUE FRIENDS OF ERIC'S-THEY WOULD KEEP THEIR TRAPS SHUT. MY UNCLE'S A LAWYER AND I SHOWED HIM THE OTHER THREAD AND HE SAID THAT THESE COMMENTS ARE ACTUALLY HURTING ERIC. WE, THE 2ND PARTY TO THE INJURED AND DEAD, REALLY HURT WHEN WE READ THINGS LIKE THAT. YES, THIS HAPPENED MONTHS AGO, BUT EVERY DAY WE ARE REMINDED OF OUR LOSS, THEN WE LOOK AT THESE POSTS AND HIS FRIENDS ARE WANTING HIM OUT OF JAIL SO THAT THEY CAN GET HIGH WITH HIM AGAIN. RELIGION HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH IT. IF IT WAS THE POPE, I'D WANT TO SEE HIM FRY TOO. SO TO S.PETE, D. BUTTER, AND TITO, I DON'T NEED A HOBBY, I AM BUSY ENOUGH TRYING TO GET OUR LIVES PUT SOMEWHAT BACK TOGETHER SINCE OUR LOSS. ERIC IS STILL ALIVE, IT'S A BETTER DEAL THAN WHAT WE WERE GIVEN!

These comments have no bearing on the current proceedings. Not one of these comments is admissible or usable. Also the "snuffing" reference. LOL! Is it possible to be so out of touch? And no, I'm not saying free eric, he's where he belongs. But you should stop popping off at the mouth about things you obviously know little about.

i was told that comments like this will only hurt his reputaion in the poll of public opinons and it has already been spread around town about what his character is, and all this info was blabbed by his so called friends. if you don't think that stuff like this doesn't affect prospective jurors in a small town, your nuts. hopefully now, they'll call his buddies in to testify on his behalf. you're the one out of touch, why don't you visit the family and see how much of this is reality to them ?
