What is the Obama Administration really up too? I think most of us know that answer, CONTROL OF BUSINESS.

Workers, not Boeing, will decide on a union at new South Carolina plant

I read with interest the article on the hearing of Boeing versus the National Labor Relations Board, where the story stated, "The government says the company broke the law by building a new nonunion plant."

I was always under the impression that the only thing Boeing can do is build the plant. It is up to the people working in it whether it will be unionized or not.

I guess the union and the NLRB have very little confidence that the workers at the South Carolina plant will think the union is good for them. I thought free choice is a good thing. It looks like the NLRB may have a different opinion.

Wouldn't the NLRB's time be better spent trying to get the unions and Boeing management together to solve the issue of the work stoppages instead of wasting time and money in court? Those outcomes work out well. After all, isn't their name the National Labor Relations Board? Labor relations with whom?

Rep. Dennis Kucinich opposes new jobs for South Carolina

In a hearing where the Obama Administration has put itself, the Federal Government to in the middle of the "expansion" of Boeing, not even a union issue Rep. Dennis Kucinich, D-Ohio, said "it is not the National Labor Relations Board but Boeing that is pitting states against one another. It is unfortunate if the people of South Carolina would have to suffer, but Boeing would have that on its conscience,"

Since when do we as a nation blame a company which brings jobs to a state and allow the Federal Government to step in and stopping those jobs?

How would you feel if jobs were coming to your state and the Federal Government tried to stop those jobs?

Since when does the Federal Government say where a business can open it's doors?

Is this the kind of legislator you want representing you in DC?

He may say he does not oppose the new jobs but his own actions say he does!

So you support the Democrats move to stop jobs in SC by Boeing?

Democrats Fight to stop new jobs
for South Carolina
Democrats are now trying to use the force of the Federal Government to force people into unions to expand their voter base!

In a hearing where the Obama Administration has put itself, the Federal Government to in the middle of the "expansion" of Boeing, where no jobs are moving, it is an expansion

All one has to do is listen to what the Democrats are saying to see the Boeing plant is SC has nothing to do with law but all about supporting unions. As the two Democrats (Rep. Carolyn Maloney and Rep. Dennis Kucinich) at the hearing statements, not much in questions like;

Rep. Carolyn Maloney said angrily after pressing Issa as he tried to gavel down her objection as having already been stated.

"It is illegal to discriminate against workers for exercising their legal rights," she said. "Boeing is not above the law. We should not give preferential treatment to any one company." (The question is, what law is being broken? Boeing is expanding, not moving)

Gowdy noted that no employees in Washington state have lost jobs because of Boeing's decision to build in South Carolina.

"The NLRB has become a sycophant of labor unions," Gowdy said.

Rep. Tim Scott, R-S.C., called the complaint baseless.

"There has been no transfer of assets because there have been no assets to transfer," Scott said.

.........

Rep. Carolyn Maloney quoted heated anti-union statements made by Haley and asked her if employees in South Carolina could freely vote whether to join a union in a state where the governor is so anti-union.

"Every employee has the right to join a union," Haley said. "What you will find in South Carolina is very few employees want to."

AND

Rep. Dennis Kucinich, D-Ohio, said "it is not the National Labor Relations Board but Boeing that is pitting states against one another. It is unfortunate if the people of South Carolina would have to suffer, but Boeing would have that on its conscience,"

I thought Kucinich was districted out and was going to move to the state of Washington to run for a Congress seat ? Can you imagine the gaul of an idiot like that to think he's so important to himself ? He and his Russia Spy Bride need to go home considering his unbalanced thought process.

Portman will be Romney's VP choice.

I hope Romney's choice is Marco Rubio. It would be great to have two great looking men in the White House.

I is really weird that people talk crap about BIG Government until they want something from the Government. Like Sarah Stalin getting that Socialist Restraining order. But the government GAVE her one. We have to protect the wingnuts too. Everyone is equal. You cry about Freedom of Speech and Upholding The Constitution, but ONLY FOR YOU. Our Givernment is no bigger now than under W. The difference is Obama is spending it on long neglected needs of the American people. Bush just charged his 2 wars and programs that did nothing except increase the deficit. Why didn't you gripe about the national debt and big government when Bush was president?
Obama supports defying demands of Natural Law: what Mother Nature, God, or Whatever Power decreed to be the reality of the real world, democracy, capitalism, the US Constitution, and free, fair, and affordable commerce and common sense demanding.
Every corporation, farmer, business, outsourcer sweatshop, and nonprofit, tax-exempt, organization and Church; markets the cost in the wholesale and retail price of his or her product and service; of every worker, consumer, and taxpayer's wages (union contract), investment and independent business profit. This enables every worker, consumer, and taxpayer to, pay ALL taxes and pay for every product and service they use for life. With money derived from wages, investment profit, and independent business profit. This enables every parent to educate, love, nurse, nurture, discipline, protect, and provide; for every child (job) they conceive. And fund schools, infrastructure, local and national security, government services, and etc.; with money derived from wages, investment profit, and independent business profit.
And holding Government employees, Parents, Teachers, Veterans, Police, Firemen, and Fathers disqualified for affirmative action with white skin, Union workers, consumers, taxpayers, and America’s grandchildren’s children Representatives deny Collective Bargaining Rights accountable.
To pay property tax on state appraised value of their American Dream. Pay interest on lottery winners winnings Legislators invest in school bonds, and pay sales tax on the more stock dividends (money) OPEC Nations, Enron Stockholders, Wal-Mart Stockholders, Hillarys, Chinese, Foreign and Domestic Investors and Stockholders (money marketers) market quarterly. In the wholesale and retail price of every product and service Human Beings use for life. And School Boards and Government needs to build, maintain and operate schools, infrastructure, and provide local and national security, and Government services. That gets only product or service.
And fund Illegal Immigrants, lottery, casino, and keno losers, unemployed workers, waitresses that pander for life for $2.00 per hour, slaves in enterprise zones, low-income child labor, consumers, and taxpayers, volunteers without wages, and nonunion parasites willing to work for fewer wages than they can afford life. That pays with welfare checks, food stamps, housing vouchers, and Medicaid.
