THEY CONCLUDED THAT THE OVERWHELMING LIKELIHOOD IS THAT AN UNIDENTIFIED, DISGRUNTLED RESIDENT COMMITTED THESE CRIMINALS ACT.
WHERE WAS THE ASSOCIATION'S RESOURCES WHEN SOMEONE CUT TIRES,THEFTS,SUGAR IN GAS TANKS?
THEY ONLY TAKE CARE OF THEIR OWN.

They say this was done to pay for his defense funds and they added staff member as icing on the cake.
They say it was not a Homeowner or Resident.
They say that their a connection between the Board and him on what he did.

I'm just glad I don't live there. I may pay more and don't have the beautiful Louisville Skyline, but at least there's honesty over here and ran like a business community instead a

Yes President Kevin Zipperle there are some disgruntled Homeowners and Residents here, and they was not here until you became President. But rest assure...theirs no felons and no Homeowner putting sugar in any ones gas tank.

WELL I GUESS YOU DON'T HAVE TO LIVE AT THE HARBOURS AND PAY CONDO FEES TO USED THE HOMEOWNER'S FITNESS CENTER.

THERE WAS A CAT FIGHT OVER A TREADMILL AND JEFFERSONVILLE FINEST HAD TO COME.
THE ASST. MANAGER REFUSED TO GET OFF A TREADMILL WHEN A CONDO-FEE PAYING HOMEOWNER WANTED TO US IT.
ANOTHER REASON WHY I DON'T LIVE THERE.

There are alot of issues that should be address with the Harbours,but one is the trash being picked up on weekends. There's still trash from over a week ago.

Things are so much worse than the postings above discuss. The board decided to close the meetings to homeowners because they felt the questions asked by homeowners were too disruptive.
Several board members hold proxies from absentee owners in a quantity to nearly guarantee their own reelection.

Police was called over to the Harbours twice this week.
A cat fight between a 40 something staff member and a 72 yr. old homeower. I believe the old lady won.
What appears to be is the window smasher has been arrested.
so now, we got a thief as a BOD member.
