How long does it take to evacuate building in case of fire can the fire dept. tell you
Who is certified to hand out medication
Who can start the genarator and just what does it power???
Have lunch there sometime
Ask some of the residents what they think

IF PLAN ON PUTTING A LOVED ONE THERE SPEND THE NIGHT YOURSELF ASK QUESTIONS AND DO YOUR RESEARCH

I think someone has alot of miss information. Your judging a place on what? Have you ever actually been there? I have had the opportunity to visit there several times. This place from what I have witnessed is no different then any other personnel care home. The staff is kind and curtious. They answered all my questions and let me tell you I asked all kinds of questions because I had to be sure this was the right place for my mom. I even did a surprise visit at night time just to make sure they werent just putting on a good show. The residents I spoke to told me they were happy. They really seemed to enjoy the cook. They said no one else could cook like her. So I am confused as to why youd say all this if you havent visited.

yes i stayed there and i know what i am talking about do more checking who is certified to pass out medication on ea shift i was there about two months i ran out of b/p meds they did not even try to help me get any more i ended up in hospital 250/190 icu for 4 days i am not missed informed

the cook yes is a very nice person and can cook but when you try to prepare a meal for one dollar a plate what do you think try to eat noodles for 3 or 4 days in a row i know you did not talk to dalton use google and type al mozzolli? lake side village

i have did my research on the front gate and have asked plenty of questions. i have did many visits and several suprise visits to ensure it was the correct and proper facility to place my great grandmother in. the staff was kind and sincere. i have no reason not to place my family member there. they were very willing to answer any and all questions i had. i have seen the state approval for the front gate to be open. i have visited on a day when the state was in and asked them questions also and they said if there was any problems that the front gate would not be open. and as for al mozzolli, he was willing to sit down one on one and answer any and all questions i had for him concerning the resident rooming and payment. he answered questions about the staff nad showed me around. made me feel very welcome and also my great grandmother.
