not everyone who lives in fairview is bad. There are good people that live there. They are not all dirty and scamming the state.

18 months should be the limit for residence in public housing. Residents should not be able to possess internet access and/or cell phone service while living on the government dime.

They should also be drug tested. RANDOM under direct supervision. If you pop, you're out. If you get arrested for ANY charge while receiving assistance, you're out. If you get pregnant while getting assistance, you're out. Guidelines set for what is admissible to allow an ER visit on their medicaid card for. There should be a review of their debt and if the debt is considered unnecessary (I.E. Cadillac Escalade, 50" flat screen HDTV, 20"+ rims, etc.), they should be made to sell and any equity returned to the government. The government should make it a chore to get the help instead of a simple form to fill out and an interview.
