I am so very happy someone taught me about the Lord's church long ago. I pray that people will set aside their emotions and seek truth alone (John 17:17)(Acts 17:11)(John 5:39).

My friend, I was taught bible. It is very useful against all false doctrine (Psa.119:104,105).

Hello, I posted the article above to show the difference between truth and error.

I respect Billy Graham as a good moral man,but his doctrine is full of error. That error must be addressed by someone. This shows even a good man can be in error and oppose the word of God.

Friend, I have thought about these things. I once lived in a manner that brought shame to my physical family. I used drugs and cared for no one but myself. I really thought I was having fun.

The fact is,I was hallow inside. The fun I was having only lasted as long as the drugs. Then after awhile the drugs did not even make me feel good anymore.

Let me introduce you to the Lord's Church. We do not ask for money from the public. We just want you to study your bible and teach others about God (2Tim.2:2). Why not give it a try? You most likely have tried everything else. Let's talk.

Hello Ricky, I hope your doing well.

Yes the church belongs to the lord (Acts 20:28).

...feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood.

Ricky, notice in the verse above that the Lord bought the church with His blood. That is a high price to pay but Jesus done it for you and I.

The churches of Christ salute you.(Rom.16:16)

Jesus wants all people to come to a knowledge of the truth (1Tim.2:4). The Lord draws men to Him by the gospel call (2Thess.2:14). A message is preached and men listen to that message and it moves the good and honest heart to submit to the Lord (Rom.6:16-18)(Luke 8:15).

Notice what (John 6:44,45) teaches us.

44 No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me DRAW him: and I will raise him up at the last day.

45 It is written in the prophets, And they shall ALL BE TAUGHT OF God. Every man therefore that hath HEARD, and hath LEARNED of the Father, COMETH unto me.

Many churches are teaching man need not do anything to be saved. That is not what the bible says. Let us look at (John 6:44,45).

1. The father draws the good and honest heart to Him.

2. They shall all be taught of God.

3. Man must HEAR,LEARN,and COMETH to the father to be saved.

I do not know about you Ricky but I am going to take the word of God over anyone. That is what the apostle Paul did when he was called by God.

Notice -(Gal.1:15,16)-

15 But when it pleased God, who separated me from my mother's womb, and called me by his grace,

16 To reveal his Son in me, that I might preach him among the heathen; (immediately I conferred not with flesh and blood:)

The apostle Paul when confronted with truth did not run to his family or friends,he submitted to God in all things. That is the kind of person who will make it to heaven (Acts 17:11 (John 5:39).

Notice (1Cor.9:24,27)-

24 Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run,

25 And every man that striveth for the mastery is temperate in all things. Now they do it to obtain a corruptible crown; but we an incorruptible.

26 I therefore so run, not as uncertainly; so fight I, not as one that beateth the air:
27 But I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection: lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway.

Paul said if you want to go to heaven,you run the race like you want to be the winner. Cause only one will win the race.

He wants each Christian to put forth the very same effort Olympians do when they go out to run a race. They not only run the race they are there to win. If we do not run well it is possible for us to be a castaway.

The Lord wants people who are eager to give up their old life and live for Him (Rom.6:16-18)(Mt.10:33-39).

How many people could you influence to follow the Lord Ricky? Would you even want too? If not why not?

One day the Lord is coming back in a cloud. It is cloudy today,It may be today,are you ready for the judgment day? Do you know today you would go to heaven if today was the end of the world?

Friends do not think that I want to be your enemy(Gal.4:16). But that is what happens many times when truth is taught. I truly care for your souls.

People want truth on their side,but they do not want to be on the side of truth (John 17:17).

Truth is not popular today. Truth seems to be the first thing that goes out the window when people get their feelings hurt b/c truth was preached. That should not be the case.

(1Sam.15) teaches us a great lesson.

In (1Sam.15:1,2) the lord commanded Saul (through Samuel) to kill everybody and everything.

But Saul did not obey the Lords commands,but claimed he had obeyed the Lord (1Sam.15:9,20).

Many churches today are like ole Saul. They have added to the Lords commands in some areas and subtracted from the Lords commands in other areas and all the while they contend that they are obeying the Lord.

God does not accept any and all worship(Gen.4:5)(Heb.11:4)(1Jo hn 3:12)(Mt.15:9).

Just b/c it is satisfying to man does not mean the Lord is going to like it or accept it (John 4:24).

The smoke that went up from all the sacrifices had to smell pretty bad during the O.T. days,but the Lord said it was a sweet smell to Him (Ex.29:18).

We must remember what (Isa,55:8,9) teaches us.

8 For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD.
9 For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.

I pray that the churches that are in error today will repent as Saul did.

24 And Saul said unto Samuel, I have sinned: for I have transgressed the commandment of the LORD, and thy words: because I feared the people, and obeyed their voice.
25 Now therefore, I pray thee, pardon my sin, and turn again with me, that I may worship the LORD.(1Sam.15:24).
