Yeah, I'm sure the parents aren't concerned in the least about placing blame; THEY are partially to blame for this. Clearly, they didn't teach their son not to do something like that. A group of kids "joking around" on a parking lot, standing up on a vehicle - a 13 year old with a "girlfriend" - what kind of parents do these kids have?? Clearly, these parents failed OR the kids didn't pay attention to what they were taught. It's a terrible story, but there are a lot of people to blame.

I don't even know who this child was, but why don't you at least mind your own damn business and let a family mourn the death of their loved one, I just lost a loved one myself to murder and people getting in business that is not their's need to keep their opinions to themselves in a situation like this....By the way to the family that has lost their loved one, my prayers are with you even though I don't even know who you are but may God be with you.

The young man paid the ultimate price for his mistake by losing his life. I feel for the family. What about the friends?? They left him to die. How convient to say they had unauthorized access to the vehicle. What is going to happen to the owner of the vehicle? Some irresponsible parents just hand over the keys!! Is this the case??? If not, say it like it is STOLEN!!
