Russ Martin Arrested On Assault Charge

I wonder when someone is going to start investigating Dr Venegas, and why he gives / gave steriods to Russ with no real medical reason to do so.

It's about time someone looked into that part of this.

I do go out. As you'll notice, on the weekends there is a window of about 8 hours or more between posts from me.

As for the not kicking or pulling a woman's hair out, that all depends on what she asks me to do. Never underestimate the sexual arousal a woman gets from having her hair pulled during sex. Sometimes they beg for it.

I have already contacted the station with my opinion. I shall not boycott. While I totally do not condone violence, there are 3 sides to every story; in this case, hers,
his, and the truth. We have only heard one side, people. Please keep that in mind. Also keep in mind that "Russ Martin" is an on-air persona, just as Wm. Shatner is not
really Denny Crane - get it?? In addition, I do not understand why it makes any difference to any listener what he does off the air. He is entitled to a personal, private life just like everyone else. All I'm interested in is being entertained every afternoon. I cannot control what he does off-air, nor should I.

I am glad you buy one side of a story. I work hard for my money and make my own hours. You can feel that Russ just fell into this job.(no work included) i have met Russ, no radio bit, nice guy and honest! Some of you people are going on the on air "bits"!

Don't you people realize that the whole reason for the police foundation, and the donations to Operation Kindness, were for the very reason you are seeing now? It was a way to cover-up the stolen Stern radio personna, and add a bit of (fake) public service to white wash it all.

The foundations were simply pre-payment for the sympathy votes needed now.

People have accused him more than once as using his foundation to 'protect himself' from tickets and arrests. Which is laughable. He's been pulled over before, same as the rest of us.

And the fact that he was, in fact, arrested in the middle of a public gym and processed like any average person is proof that his foundation is not intended to get him off scot-free.

People like you, who can't contain their jealousy at someone else's success is what's sad.

Jeff... I normally avoid personal responses but you are a friggin idiot. Whatever happened between Russ and mandy, bit or no bit. The foundation has helped out many families who might have lost thier homes or not been able to put food in front of thier kids.
Even in an obscure post buried among 1000 other posts it is just stupid to attack a charity that does that much good.

I am a Russ fan and will still enjoy the show even if it turns out that russ the man is a worthless woman beater (which i still doubt) But the foundation doesn't need to be affected.

It hasn't. It's just that many who are jealous of a man's success are always quick to judge him without having all the facts.

To be honest, I've met Amy/Mandy. I met her and "saw" Russ at an event once. I was more impressed by the interactions I witnessed between Russ and those around him than I was with my short chat with Amy/Mandy.
