Regarding another hotbed of issues for Chief Dunn relating to his obtaining a felony indictment against me, and my countersuit relative thereto:
In a series of ironic but patently exculpatory emails, I told the man who would come to be Chief Dunn's suspension Attorney, Andru Volinsky, back on 29 March, 2005 that I was not a licensed attorney, that I was seeking him to handle a possible case of police abuse involing Chief Dunn's police officers, that I was trying not to expose the NAACP and that Chief Dunn was just getting pissy with me because I had dug up some dirt. "Make them stop and we all back away from this thing," is what /I wrote. Anyway, back to simple: No way would Andru Volinsky fail to mention my correspondence with him to Chief Dunn because I told him he would likely be a material witness relating to The Chief. May the court take judicial notice that smart lawyers -- and that he is, every day, which is why I called and wrote him seeking help for Willie Toney -- don't forget stuff like that. They keep it catalogued. That means that Chief Dunn, who is a thorough and seasoned Police Chief (even though he just set out for a month for a "pattern of inappropriate behavior") then made further inquiry with Volinsky, got the emails from him and read the them but then failed to produce them to me in the Criminal case pursuant to his obligations of Rule 98. Which he has already violated as I busted him during his Deposition with some evidence he had by his feet. So nothing new there. Same old, same old. My complaint against Chief Dunn goes out to the Jaffrey Selectmen and the Attorney General's office today |
