School drop off zones!!

Why do parents, think it is ok to park in drop off zones at the schools. Everyday there is someone parked in the drop off and it ruins the flow for everyone else. Some of us have jobs to get to on time. Does the school need to have personel out there to have them to get the hell out of the way. Help me to overcome my drop off rage..
