i think that ONLY APPLYS TO parents that lived out in the remote/isolated area with no bus routes and they have to transport their children to school and there is a district policy called bus feeder route where they(parents)can get REINBURSED for milage from home and bach to school desination area AND based on monthly students attendence record at the local school,so parents,take avantage of these programs and make no excuse for your child to miss class.
