Last night me and my family went to town. We decided on PIZZA HUT cause we had not had pizza in a while. Once there I remembered why we had not been there in a while. One waitress, who looked like it was against her will to walk, took our drink orders and brought us our water. While we waited to order, we fixed our salads, drank our water. She eventually returned to take our orders. We waited almost an hour and still no food. We could not get attention, no matter how much we waved etc. Then it happened! We were sitting close to the area where they fix your drinks. Located in the middle of the place not being watched nor used by anyone that worked there. This man came around the corner drinking a full glass of water. He then stopped and poured his whole glass of water and ice into the open Ice bend then using his nasty glass, scoops up another glass of ice, then helps himself to a sprite. This digusted me and my family and we immediatly left, but not before I told the workers and customers waiting to be seated what I thought and that I was going to report them! All customers waiting to be seated also left.I should have known better! I will never step foot in the place again! While I was complaining, they were trying to handle another lady's complaint. Another man walked out before all this happened, because he was tired of waiting...Have any of you guys out there had such luck with Pizza Hut in Natchitoches? I'll never go back, and yes I have reported this!

Bella I have been to plenty pizza huts and also worked at one as a teenager, there is a such thing as having extra pizza dough and ingredients ready during periods when you know you will be busy such as during buffet time, you can have pizzas prepared in advance and just keep the oven full. You as a manager should come in early if needed because you are on salary and do these preparations yourself if needed, I know I would in order not to make myself look like I was incapable of managing a business.

Look...i really do care about my customers...i know a few on a personal basis...i hug certain ones when they come in the door...i know that when a person pan with anchovies comes out it is for Mr. Lewis...what i'm trying to get at is that i do care if you have a bad experience at pizza hut...i try to fix things...i have spent money on forks because either customer steal them or they get thrown away...i have remade countless pizzas because they were not to the customers' standards...i try to help improve the customer's experience in any way that i can...there are times when i just want to scream or tell people to leave, but in the end i would rather have a smile than a curse word. i tend to forget that there are friendly people after dealing with shit heads all day...i know that it takes a long time and i'll tell you it's usually thursday, friday, and saturday nights that things get backed up. the only thing i can do to speed up production is to get back there and help them, but then that forces servers to handle the front by themselves, and thus causes poor dine in experiences. sometimes i am just at a loss as of what to do. i have a problem when i have enough employees but according to our corporate office my labor is horrible and i have to send someone home, which causes things to get backed up...i'm usually stuck...trying to stay afloat and sinking constantly...sometimes i wish we could just fire people as we wished, but it's not that easy...we have to get approval to fire someone and the amount of evidence to jusify it is ridiculous...we are even alotted enough money to buy a vaccum...so please...do let us or corporate know what we can do to change, because believe me...i'm trying...

You may think this is a bit radical but it's true. I ate at one of those places and sat in a booth. I was by myself, it was late, and there were maybe two or three other booths with people.
I looked up and a damn mouse walked across the topside of the bench seat.
At that precise moment I got up, went to the counter, paid, and left.
I'm not saying this for attention or to make a joke. It's the absolute truth. Never been back and never will.
