This digusted me and my family and we immediatly left, but not before I told the workers and customers waiting to be seated what I thought and that I was going to report them! All customers waiting to be seated also left.I should have known better! I will never step foot in the place again! While I was complaining, they were trying to handle another lady's complaint. Another man walked out before all this happened, because he was tired of waiting...Have any of you guys out there had such luck with Pizza Hut in Natchitoches? I'll never go back, and yes I have reported this!

Honestly, there are very few places in natchitoches where I will eat. The food in most of the restaurants is either bland, bad, or overpriced for mediocre quality.

Concerned,,,,,I think you are missing the point. People in Natchitoches want the pizza hut in Natchitoches to meet the standards of quality food, customer service and sanitation they have enjoyed at other pizza huts. The testimonials from the Natchitoches pizza hut paint a dismal picture, and an example of how not to run a pizza parlor. From some of the postings of people claiming to be pizza hut employees, you can tell why the place is what it is.

Pizza Hut needs those people that worked at Pizza Inn back in 1974-1975. That place would be shipshape and pizza on every plate in three days. Those boys and girls knew how to handle a pizza business.

No I believe everyone replying to this site is missing the point. This is why big businesses go away in Natchitoches because of "The Natchitoches People". They will close down sooner than you think and with a new location with people who appreciate good quality pizza and let all of those "affected" by bad service find another establishment to complain about, probably Raising Cane. And you all brought it on yourselves. But that's Natchitoches, self destructive! And being a satisfied customer I will follow wherever they go because there are good people who work there and do care, maybe not for people such as yourselves but they do. God bless you all and have a blessed day. God will reward you for all your antics in the end remember that.

Ok so what you're saying is Pizza Hut doesn't have the best pizza in town? That's a lie. And besides the ice incident whatever sanitation problem have you noted. Have you not seen this action taking place in other fast food places? I have. And the rude workers you all claim to have encountered have you not run into the same type of people at other establishments? I'm sure you have. So everyone cut through the crap and say exactly what your really thinking. In my estimation there have been 6 managers there since it opened on Keyser Avenue and surprisingly all white with the same problem and they quit. Now there is a not so white one there and now there's websites and whining and complaining to the health department. Maybe you haven't figured it all but all those of non white race have. Management is not the problem dig deeper!

Management and ownership is the problem. It's hard to find good employee's, but it's easy to use it as an excuse. I will not eat there again. I've given them several chances, in hopes of change, but no longer. If the owners don't care who they hire or how it's managed, I certainly don't. It's really very simple, I will spend my dollars where I want. I will not reward idiots just because it's open.

Sometimes it's a comedy show to watch the hogs who enter the buffet restaurants. They load up multiple plates of food then attack. I've even seen some wrap different types of food such as chicken breasts, steak pieces, potatos, etc in napkins and stuff them into their purses.

Wobble wobble pork chop shuffle stuffin' it down increasing their weight on the ground.

Were you born and raised in Natchitoches? Who pissed in your cornflakes about Natchitoches? I was the one who saw the Ice incident, and I reported it. I do not go to different eating establishments just to find something wrong. I was there with my family to have dinner when this incident happened. I am not a complainer, I have worked in food servce, I can understand how it can be when people just hunt something to complain about. But you know I would appreciate someone telling me if something that disgusting took place on my shift. Then I would do my best to fix it and not whine and complain that the whole town is heading to hell in a handbasket because a person compliained about pitiful service or something disgusting that was witnessed.

Bella, I feel your pain and frustration, I really do. But you lost my respect when you referred to your customers as "shit heads" and "idiots". In a managers position of all things, you might think it but you should never say it...let alone to the public which is your bread and butter...show some class.

What unreasonable expectations have been expressed by customers? When you order a pizza, you expect the pizza you ordered in a reasonable ammount of time. When you go to a buffet and salad bar, you expect pizza and salad on the bar.

But in Natchitoches, I guess you are supposed to be happy at what you got when you got it, and if you don't like it, then you should try working there so you will understand the poor service you received.

sounds to me like pizza hut needs to be made into a strictly delivery service like dominos. no more dining because obviously they are either too lazy or too stupid to handle the crowd. shut it down - i dont care...people are asses sometimes but overall pizza hut has numerous - numerous complaints and people are not just being brats and complaining about silly little things, they just want BASIC customer service. you guys are not even meeting the BASIC needs of a restaurant. its not "the natchitoches attitude" - people want what they pay for with their hard earned money. they want a freaking pizza in 15 minutes or less so they can go home and relax. ordering pizza should not be stressful and upsetting. THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT...IT'S THEIR MONEY.
bella- u cannot run a restaurant alone - you need team work..trying to clean and serve and make pizza and take orders and bring drinks and check out people at the register is not a one person job. it will never work - been there done that

That whole strip of fast food restaurants are filty. I'm surprised there hasn't been a mass number of people who've gotten sick.
You may think this is a bit radical but it's true. I ate at one of those places and sat in a booth. I was by myself, it was late, and there were maybe two or three other booths with people.
I looked up and a damn mouse walked across the topside of the bench seat.
At that precise moment I got up, went to the counter, paid, and left.
I'm not saying this for attention or to make a joke. It's the absolute truth. Never been back and never will.

Eyes on me, poor sanitation in Natchitoches goes past the strip. You know a lot papers publish health inspection scores. Natchitoches Times will publish real estate deals to make folks jealous and to satisfy the nosey. Of course many governments living in this century have sanitation scores from inspections on line.

Sad thing is I love Pizza. Especially with extra sauce.

Used to hit Pizza Inn and get a pitcher of that Dark Draft Beer with a Small Pizza.

With all the restaurants in the world, and all the different people, we'd all be shocked at some of the infractions and unsanitary conditions that exist in our USA.

I've stopped eating out as much as I used to. I'd rather cook my own food @ my home where I keep things clean.
