I just read an article that states that Romney is wealthier than the past 8 presidents combined. Why the hell would he want to be president? If I was making anywhere close to $21 million per year, I'd just get on my big boat and take about a 5 year world cruise. Screw politics.

You want to see something funny? Look at who contributed to President Obama in 2008,
http://www.opensecrets.org/pres08/contrib.php...
and who is contributing to Romney this year,
http://www.opensecrets.org/pres12/contrib.php...
then compare that to the top contributors to Ron Paul

I don't get it. What does my comment about using the same year(s) to compare Obama and Romney's charitable contributions have to do with their top political contributors? Or the fact I think contributions to religious groups should not be used as a tax deduction.

I think most of us know Wall Street and big banks were a large contributor to Obama in 2008 and are backing Romney in the Republican Primary. And Ron Paul has told us repeatedly military members are his top contributors.

Not a thing Time. For some reason my eyes saw "charitable" but my sleep deprived brain read "campaign" I apologize.

to the mormon church, which he is required to do. Thats not exactly "charity". It's more like tax.

No churches do not "require" tithes, it's completely voluntary and generous on the part of Romney!

I don't think it's "completely voluntary" if you want to stay a member in good standing in the Morman faith.

Daily Horoscope for June 4

Scorpio

Today's Lunar Eclipse at the Full Moon stirs up powerful emotions during the next two weeks (as it has done since the Gemini Solar Eclipse last month), and it may not be a very pleasant experience. Are you feeling rather compulsive and obsessive? Financial issues could be a problem,, especially if they appear to threaten your sense of emotional security. Don't let jealousy or envy make you do things that will set other people against you.
