That is a good assumption since they are the only crawfish in town. Just wish they would come down on their prices.

The Crawfish Hole is NOT the only vrawfish in town there are a couple others, but the best is Doucets' on the strip. They taste better and are spicy and seasoned well. They also have awesome meat and great cracklin home-made and also home-made boudin and jerky.

My buddy Jake was doing the crawfish over there last season and it was def the best in Natchitoches. I did talk to with him the other day and he said that he thinks hes going to hand it over to the owners and let them do it! Should be interesting to see what goes on with that! lol

Oh and the crawfish hole people suck! They are jealous and they think they own the town, they were rude as hell to my buddy last year. Thats what you call peanut crawfish! NoT even close to the big daddys my buddy had!

Whatever you do don't eat the crayfish from crayfish hole and Ted Gardner. Ted can't cook a good crayfish to save his life.
The key to good crayfish if season the water. That red powder poured on them does not make the best crayfish.

Hey thats pretty good guys! But i would never tell friends of mine to shove it! Jacob and Jonah have been great to me. It is def not true the deal with cotton patch and i would be willing to help Doucet's out with whatever they decide to do! They have been really busy lately and i know that business is great for them. You need to stop in and try the jalapeno sausage!! ITS AWESOME T!! HAHA I couldn't thank those guys enough!! doucet do have good cracklings but da crawfish they do need to give it up.why u think jake leaving it alone the only money that was made was off his friends.yeah da owners may be rude at da hole but everybody knows they are da bestand bussiness is so good there until sometime u cant even get a table.

I agree about the owners being rude. His wife especially.
