No because only men with kids, a small dong or low self esteem would get with a chick with a kid or about to have a kid, but you can't knock her up twice so not having to pull out is a plus. However, there is nothing more demoralizing to a man's masculinity than having to raise another man's kids. It's like discovering a continent already discovered. If women ever figured out that the only thing a man wants is a loving companion and someone who makes them feel like a man, than there would be far fewer single mothers.

Pregnant women are extremely sexy... I am 7 months pregnant and my husband is exceptionally drawn to me... some primal instinct to enjoy the fruits of our labor lol... apparently increased bloodflow and sensitivity equals increased pleasure on both parts and I'm sorry I don't know a man that would turn down increased pleasures... and would enjoy pointing out that pregnant women are in no way an oddity like roadkill... every fourth grade graduate knows where babies come from...
