Chilis of Natchitoches

To everyone who frequents this establishment be aware that employees there, namely, The Manager, handles your food barehanded! My order was late, very, and wrong so he decides to fix it himself. He was observed personally doing other jobs around the restaurant. Without washing his hands or even using gloves, my food was plated using his bare hands, MICROWAVED, and placed in a to-go container! He was told to keep that s**t! My family and many people I know spend money there EVERY month and this is UNACCEPTABLE! If he thinks this behavior is okay, I wonder what his employees think is acceptable...makes you wonder.

How do u know? Were u in the kitchen?

If u sit in that far corner, you can see everything they do in the kitchen.

There is no table or high top or bar stool where anyone can see into the kitchen. You are a bold faced liar!

Actually you can see the entire kitchen from the to go area. And you can see parts of the kitchen from certain seats.

Come on man. Have you ever been into the kitchen? From any booth or stool in the bar, at the most you can see a very small percentage of the kitchen. Even from the pick up area you see only a small part of the kitchen. Get a life.

That place sucks and is managed just as bad as pizza hut.

The servers brag that they make $15 an hour...and the hostesses who seat the customers make $12 an hour. I figured that one out on my own, before I was told, since maybe TWO black people work there.

Who told you they make $15 an hour? I have several friends who work there and they all make 2.14 an hour plus tips. And maybe if the people that were applying didn't suck ass, they would get hired. IDIOTS.

Few or no blacks getting hired = BIG money. And last time I went there the employees looked like they were sleepwalking, keeping the bathrooms and the tables nasty. And the management has the nerve to charge prices comparable to what you have to pay out West. Hope the corporate offices don't read this page.

Were you fired for serving adult beverages to minors, or because you continually came in late? Or were you never hired at all because you could not meet our high standards we set for our potential employees.

As part of corporate management, it is my job to visit all Chilis restaurants on a regular basis, both announced and unannounced. In the past five years there have been no problems with management of this store. In fact, the Natchitoches Chilis continues to exceed all of corporate's expectations.

This Chilis in Natchitoches is horrible. I don't see how they stay in bussiness. I love eatting at Chilis. But only when I'm out of Natchitoches.

I like Chilis too. I assure you those who are trying to cause trouble are disgruntled former employees who got fired for not doing their jobs. But, some simply are bold face liars, like the one who swears you can see into the kitchen from a table on the far wall in the bar. My wife and I eat at Chilis at least 2 times a week, and we consider it our home away from home. The wait staff are friendly and polite. The managers come around to make sure everything is ok. Yes, like any other business there are those occasional bloopers. If that happens, management is always there to correct the situation. My only complaint is that I cannot afford to eat there more often.

i like me sum chilis, the food is good, the drinks r good, and dat femail bar tender smiles real nice:)u can pass a good tyme dair.
