If you are the new manager and or owner You should be able to see this! If it is not going on while you are there make suprise visits when your not suppose to be there. You can also use what they call mystery shoppers. Have someone go eat and report back to you. Don't let the staff know. For the shppers effort reimburse them for their meal. Lots of places already use this. It may cost you $10-$15 but if you can correct your servers it will be will worth it. The last time I was there we had 8 in our party. None of us have been back since, so do the math.

Actually, I have been doing those things. I'm here 7 days a week in and out. Although I have only been here a short time, so people please bare with me. Things are changing. The comment about the server asking for a tip....I fired one on the spot for the same thing already.

you said your server was good do you remember his or her name because i went there about 2 months ago and the servers were rude and out of uniform they didnt even have nametags how are you going to let someone know who is doing a bad job if they dont have one on

hey the new manager seems to be trying maybe things will get better there has to be some good cooks or servers there or it wouldnt be open it would of already got shut down so maybe yall shouldnt be exadriating as much as yall are it cant get better if yall dont give it a chance i went in there the other morning and it was better and i heard it is basicly a entirley new crew

Huddle house is pretty good. the only reason service is slow is because the management doesnt manage very well. The servers have to much on them at one time. And of course..... customers arent very nice, or understanding....... stop and realize what they are dong at one time. if it is slow then you just got a bad server,,,, have patience
