For such a "bad" school the 8th graders sure did good on their leap test, they all passed!!!!

I do have to say that with what happen to Brother David has caused us to stop attending Sunday services there and i have to agree that if who's in control wasn't that he would still be there... Wish he was preaching somewhere else, he really makes a difference.

He isn't holding services anywhere.

He has been almost destroyed by what was done to him and his family...

it is SO sickening now that they details and the truth is coming out.

Not sure what God's plans are for Victory but I would steer clear until God sent me a letter in the mail or called me on the phone telling me to go back....PEOPLE BEWARE!!! Not Safe...

This woman has a lot of input with the board , she does not work there.

I would just like to say..we have visited Victory on several occassions...started attending fairly regular when Bro. David was preaching...We loved him...his teaching ...his style..his welcoming feeling he gave us...all of my children (all in their 20's) started attending Sunday Morning Services because of him..and then the bombshell...we as a family felt let down...once again...if anyone does happen to find out where he is preaching or if he is...please post and let me know...In the meantime...God has better plans for him...I pray he is blessed tremendously!

He was from New Orleans. His father has a church there. That is where he went back to. He wanted too much change too fast and in areas that the school/church was not ready for and he left on his own for lack of cooperation.

He still lives in Natchitoches , but he goes occasionally to N.O. where his and his wife's family live....

Yes he did change alot but he had a pure heart and well intentioned motive.
Yes he was young and not very experienced as a pastor but he deserved a fighting chance and he really cared about his "sheep"...

Whoever you are we need to get together.... Me & my husband had not been to church since we were very young but we felt a pulling to attend Victory so we went the first day that Brother David started, we loved him... He knew how to get our attention and keep it, he made us feel welcome and that no matter what we had done in our past we were welcome and wouldn't be looked down on but the day he left is the last day we attended church services there. We were so hurt that "they" made him leave, I wish that he would start his own church, we would be behind him 100%. Just like 90% of Natchitoches people they didn't like the things he would talk about because you know Natchitoches is such a pure town how could there be drug use? Yeah right, people in this town are so blind and when someone that knows and understands all of this tries to help what do the almighty people of Natchitoches do, they kick him out... If you know that he ever decides to preach somewhere around here please post on here so that we can once again hear God's word through one of his chosen.

If David was/is/wannabe a good pastor, then why did he resign and now won't even speak to his own parents? He has bigger problems than the ones in Natchitoches. Don't call yourself a pastor and then can't get along with your own flesh & blood.

K.K. was about to be fired so she jumped on board with A.P. and they went to lieing their little behinds off- making up false papers, false accuastions - going to the bank WITH AN EX PASTOR without david knowing.....passed a petition while he was out of town....

God told him something was wrong on the plane ride back from out of town - and He told him to prepare.

David would have fought if God told him too...

this thread is about the school - take your child out if they are there and do not encourage anyone to bring their child there.

Now, before anyone jumps all over me, I am a former member of Victory Church. I hold no hard feelings towards anyone now at Victory nor anyone who has left. I am friends with those at Victory and those who have gone on.

I am sorry, i misunderstood you, I am just tired of people putting him down. When all this happen i went straight to him and asked just what happen of course he didn't want to smear anyone's name so he left all the names out (not that it matters i already know the people who caused all this) but explained why he had to leave. SOOOOOORRRRRRYYYY THAT I MISUNDERSTOOD YOU,,,, HAPPY NOW?

That's strange. I call his dad's house and David answers the phone at times. I have also called the house and his dad answered the phone and knew where David was and when he would be back and filled me in on how they were doing. In fact, David's dad told me what a great asset David is and that he has a heart for God and helping people and was busy doing just that when he was in New Orleans. I have also talked to Stephanie's folks and got the same response. Both sets of parents are behind them and supporting them. Does that sound like they are not speaking? When they are there you can get him at his folk's or at his wife's folks. WHERE in the world did you get that information? Straight from THE PIT I think. BTW, during this interim time he is still in Natchitoches and has started a new business and it is going great...He says God brought them to Natchitoches and He has not told them to leave....They are waiting on God....In the meantime, he has to support his family...I wish both of them the best.
