High Speed Chase in Natchitoches

It was really fast.

The cops had the guy pulled over right in front of my job. He was all cool till the k-9 unit showed up and then he hauled ass and that is all i know

So it happened in front of the Rusty Manhole?

Surely its not the Jeff Rachal that plays music.

Natchitoches City Police have arrested Jeffrey Rachal, 45, of Natchitoches on numerous charges following a high-speed chase through city streets Tuesday.

An officer stopped Rachal after radar determined he was speeding on Second Street. He was also not wearing a seat belt. Rachal, who had exited his vehicle upon stopping, jumped back in the vehicle and sped away when backup arrived at the scene.

Rachal sped through town and down Johnson Chute Road and onto Posey Road where he evaded the officers in pursuit. During the chase he was observed tossing suspected drugs from the vehicle.

He was located soon after on Hwy. 6 where he passed a State Trooper headed back into town. He was apprehended on Hwy. 6 near Lime Kiln Road when he was boxed in by city police and trooper units.

Officers found suspected crystal methamphetamine in the vehicle.

Rachal was booked into the Detention Center awaiting bond charged with two counts aggravated flight from an officer, possession of crystal methamphetamines, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting an officer, six counts of obstruction of justice, three counts of running a stop sign, speeding, speeding in excess of 25 miles per hour above the speed limit, three counts of improper lane usage, running a red light, reckless operation and no seat belt.

His daddy use to work for the NPSO. This is not his first arrest. He has a long record and nothing is ever done to him.Seems that the parents thinks he does no wrong!! He goes to someones barn to make his meth.Could it be cause of whos barn it is why they don't do anything to him? Sure the DTF knows about this?
He was throwing things out of his truck on texas street. Now we all know, that it did not hit the ground good before it was picked up!

What kind of idiot would run from the cops like that throwing drugs from the car?The cops had him pulled over, knew who he was, and THEN he ran? Is this moron mentally retarded? Did he really think he would get away? And then he tries to come right back into town? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! Why didn't he just keep driving to Shreveport, Texas, or hide in the woods for a few days?
And if he was throwing drugs out of the car, why in the hell did he still have some meth and paraphenalia on him when they caught him? Was he saving it for later?
This guy has no brain cells left and is a waste of oxygen.
