Mr. Ocon may be "a good man," but I don't think he has shown that he is a good mayor and saying he's not a good mayor is being very polite. He should move on, leave the position, get off the public payroll. His actions show that he cannot be trusted to maintain a public office.

I'm very sorry to say it is all true. I once sit under his ministry. Oh God help me. It's just the mercy of God that God's wrath has not took him down. Rev. Marbut lies, cheats and destroys people. He tears up every church he pastors and the members of the church have to make him leave. Thats why he has to have church in his house with only his family attending. It is a very sad situation. God help him is all I can say

It's 'Living in Robeline,' not 'living inRobeline.' By the way, the subject of this topix was the recent actions of the Mayor, a public official, not some church member.

I have to agree but if the Chief of Police will tear up churches what to you think he will do to the town? Very scary!!! I agree to the above too. Everyone wants to blame the mayor but the mayor can only do so much. THe 3 councilmen have to vote on everything. The state was the one that determined the outcome not the Mayor and the state said a fine and the mayor paid it.

Tommy wouldn't let me see the books so I had to get a court order to get them...Everyone in this town told me Tommy was a crook...I didn't get to see the books in time to the auditor before the election, so when I saw Tommy got 80% of the vote I figure if robeline wants a crook let them have one...I have talked to several people recently about signing a recall for tommy cause I only need 40 signatures...but some of the people who told me he was a crook also told me they will NOT sign a recall...go fugurer

No offence Terry but the people from Robeline want a real Mayor with no drama to run our little town the ay it needs to be ran. And you or Tommy are not fit for the job. It needs to be someone who is looking out for the towns best interest, and we would prefer it be someone born and bread in Robeline.
