I have no need to call them. The only reason I can think of to call them would be to fill out a report for insurance, a car crash (again insurance) a theft (insurance) or to save somebody else because I'm about to beat their ass. Other than that I don't need them. Dont care for them to be around me listening to my conversations, or watching what I'm doing.
You have the right to remain silent says it all to me. If they were not out to get you they would not have to tell you that.
