Well now the citizens of Nashville can start speeding more on the interstates and even passing cops like we use to before the Chief of the Gestapo police came to Nashville, TN.
Running this city with speed traps for revenue to keep his troops going but what about the gangs? what did he do about them? what about murders? Break in's? Home invasions? Bank robberies? I think the numbers were fudged. I think he is heading to the right place for his tactics. New Orleans will "LOVE HIM".

I'm not getting into the ugliness that's on these forum pages...but I liked Serpas for the simple fact that he was a no bulls**t kind of guy and the reason he ticked so many people off is because he called them on the carpet. Example...kid is arrested during the day when he's supposed to be at school and the school attendance doesn't show he's absent that day. There's a statistic to rebutt another statistic...we could argue that all day.

Serpas was a thug, a bully and, a hack. He left enough bullcrap to fertilize the mojave desert good enough to grow coffee.
