Where there are clerks of court and lawyers stamp signing judges name to an order. One got caught, but judge stood behnind it though to deal with it privately and professionally. But stated my rights to do what needs to be done. Judge did not know about such order to dismiss. I am fighting to sue an attorney for producing fraudulent information to the court. How can we get together and start a movement on this.

The real problem is that the COTJ is largely toothless because they cant cut off the judge's pay even if they suspend the judge for a few months its a paid vacation, they can't remove a judge from office and the most they can do is a public reprimand and ask the General Assembly to impeach. Of course a report to the FBI and TBI takes it to another level.

There is another rumor that she had a breakdown of sorts in Jan and Feb of this year as well and rumor has it that the court is not being run by the judge but by her Special Master who does favors for those who are likely to back him when he runs for her job.

It is sad that only the people that could afford to appeal likely got any sort of a normal verdict. Judge soloman is a sorry excuse for a human being. I am like the many others that had to deal with this bias bitch from the beginning of my case.

JRB Winchester, TN	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #90 Nov 2, 2011 I told you about Attorneys Taylor,Pique,Marchetti,Mink filing a lawsuit against me on behalf of a Finance company, I have never done business with at all. This lawsuit has been reported to the credit bureau and my credit score has been damaged. I had a credit score of 786 until these attorneys attacked me. If your thinking, well you co-signed the loan or something NO,I was not even mentioned as a reference on this account. These Attorneys used me to try and collect a debt from someone else. I am disable and in constant need of medical care and my credit is the only thing that get me through. Regular citizens have no real recourse.
