SO HIM GETTING A DUI WHILE ON PROBATION WAS WHOSE FAULT??????
AND FINDING HIM PASSED OUT DRUNK AGAIN ON HIS WORK RELEASE WAS WHOSE FAULT?
And who you going to blame next time he beats and kills someone or when he kills someone while driving?
I really can't wait to hear how you justify his actions as not being his fault.
Go ahead and give it a try. Please do entertain me with your stupidity.
He had a chance and then got a DUI. He had another chance and screwed it up on his own as well by drinking again.
Im with you wonderful.next time put a GUN,in his pocket and let him go in the same bar both ideas, are DUMB AS HELL.

There are two persons to blame here. The first is
Sheriff Hall. He needs to re-assess his work release program ans well as those who are given the
PRIVILEGE, NOT THE RIGHT, to participate in a work
release program. He is the Sheriff and I certainly
hope he understands the phrase vicarious liability.
He is ultimately responsible for the actions of
employees as well as inmates under his care, control, custody, and supervision. Maybe he needs
people who are better qualified as far as the
screening of inmates for work release.
The other person is Joey. He is responsible for his actions, especially since he is a self admitted
alcoholic. He should have never been permitted to participate in any work release program, period!
He is a violent person and some day in the future he will get into an altercation with someone and
it will be the last time,(if his alcoholism does
not cause him to kill someone). He needs to be put
into prison where he cannot harm anyone else.

5 weeks for nearly killing someone and you get a suspended sentence. Reinstated only because you get a DUI? You get up to 11 months 29 days for petty theft. Is it just me or is there something wrong. Why does it just say judge "who was the judge"? I know of a few people I'd like to use that on "I was blacked out and didn't know what I was doing"! If I'd only get 5 weeks of three hot meals and cable TV! The Sheriff does his job, can't say much for the court system!
It's not just in your mind , the whole system is so corrupt that I and everyone should be afraid of it. The whole country is upside down on morals, values, upholding the law, EVERYTHING.

Daily Horoscope for June 4

Sagittarius

Relationships have been going through through testing times since the Solar Eclipse at last month's New Moon in Gemini on May 20. Events may force you to reevaluate the state of a partnership. You may even decide that you need to make some major adjustments if things are to carry on as you would like. During the coming fortnight leading up to the rare second New Moon in Gemini, this may feel like a crisis, but that doesn't mean you should abandon all hope or throw out the baby with the bathwater.
