Tilden was a horrible experience that I wouldn't wish on my worse enemy. I broke down, and these were the guys that were dispatched. Charged me an arm and a leg and never fixed the car, and then tried to blame me.$1000 and 4 trips back and forth to tilden later, the issue still wasn't resolved. Ended up Tilden was negligent and lied to me the entire time. Had to have the dealership fix the mess from Tilden, and disputed the charge with my credit card company. Ended up getting $800 back when it was clear Tilden was negligent. Among other things, they installed cheap aftermarket parts - when I specifically requested - and paid for - OEM parts.

A very bad experience. Very rude and condescending. 9 complaints on BBB. STAY AWAY!!
