What is the deal with the sales team manager? I guess he is the one in charge of the salesman or something? Not sure but that guy is about the most arrogant, pompous ass SOB I have ever seen. I guess when you suck enough ORR ass you can treat people however you want to.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAH..... LOL.... thats funny as heck. I've bought 3 vehicles from those idiots and will NEVER, NEVER do business with them again. They screwed me every time I bought one. 3rd time was the charm.

Last one I bought, I purchased a used car, they promised to change the oil and brake pads. Got the car, oil was as black as mud, brake pads wore out in 2 months and I had to replace EVERYTHING; even the rotors. Costs me around $300. Manager looked down his nose and said to bad, it wasnt covered.

Never, Never, Never again.

Yep. A friend of mine purchased a car. The check engine light came on in the first week, the salesman said any problem would be taken care of for the first 90 days. Turns out it needed a cat. converter and when he got with the saleman concerning the repair he said he would have to get it "approved" and that he would get back with him. Several attempts were made at trying to get them to keep their word, but they did not.

I honestly believe the salesmen have the best intentions on backing up their trade, however that idiot arrogant asshole that they answer to is the one that makes the final decision and you can bet he is gonna only help himself. And if you complain to anyone else there they will tell you that you are not the 1st to complain on that fat pompous ass. He is a genuine dik-head.

He said he bought 3 cars from them and got SCREWED on the last one. So 1 screwing was sufficient to stop dealing with them. Now if anyone has a story of them going above and beyond to help them out or resolve an issue then I would like to hear that as well, and it's not about ORR in general, it's about the jerk that is over the salesmen at the ORR SUPERSTORE on stateline. I'm not bashing the ORR group as a whole.

No, she was correct. I have been screwed 3 times by them. It was like 3 or 4 years apart. BUT I have finally learned my lesson. Is there a dealership that doesnt have Orr as a sign on their door?

they make the whole process so complicated and convoluted with A-to-B-to-C rules as to wear a person down on purpose and take advantage of them. then they sit there and talk about right and wrong and loyalty for the system as if they had any genuine concern for your well being at all which they dont. and then they wonder why you dont like them.

I went to Orr Chevy a few years back to purchase a new vehicle, and that experience was all it took for me to swear them off. The salesperson tried to make me sit there all day while he disappeared for 30 minutes or more at a time. This was probably to wear me down while the sales manager worked up a deal that would allow them to rip me off nine ways to Sunday. When I finally saw the joke they called an offer, I laughed at it and headed out of town to buy the car. Car buyers beware of their pORR service and bad deals!

Sales managers are the ones pulling the strings. As it has seemed to me the salesman are the puppet of the sales manager. Kind of a crazy process and one that is geared up for the uneducated buyer. They expect and want the uneducated consumer, that's how they can get over on you. If you are up on knowledge of the vehicle and know how to calculate numbers and know what the value of the trade and purchase is before you go in then you are not the consumer they want you to be.

When he was but a tiny child he was left with the black and white television as his babysitter while his young mom worked overtime at the doughnut factory. Only later on in life did he find out she was out late night servicing the local P.D. He's never been the same, always blamed the law.

Just the facts of life for a dumb midget like s.j

As the greatest of con artist, the most ballsy one always plays his part from behind the curtain, hoping not to be seen by the crowd lol pulling the strings of his (puppets). And to Forum, kiss my ass bitch, the only button I would ever push is the safety (off) button, after that the demise of the pitiful begin. You must speak of yourself when you post, I attract minimum attention on topix, looking for people that have been affected by a tyrant of any form, then commence to action however I may choose, Look at my topic thread on Ashton Park Apartments over 6 months ago and now drive by the place and see that it's being totally reconstructed UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP. Fight for the people son, or die alone!!!

Daily Horoscope for June 4

Pisces

Relationships are kind of shaky under this Lunar Cycle and you may even get the distinct impression you're heading for a major showdown with a certain someone. Although this feels like a crisis, don't let panic or desperation push you into decisions you would normally steer clear of. You may think you've reached the end of the road, but this isn't a good reason to go off the deep end and make drastic decisions. Proceed with caution!
