Jet Man Dies In Alfalfa County Pickup Accident

Jet man?

Had to look it up, but there's a tiny town called Jet, Oklahoma. Looks to be about the size of ocheleta, or ramona. It's a few miles Northwest of Enid. Check it out on Google Maps, click street view...it's awesome.

And, I'm sorry for the loss of life, can't imagine what this 9 year old kid had to go through to find help.

Who cares wheree Jet, OK is...a man has lost his life. Condolences to the family for their loss.

How incredibly sad for that poor child.

Should of been wearing his seat belt and he wouldn't of been ejected from the vehicle.

Where did you get that he wasn't wearing a seat belt?

Article says truck was upside down in a creek, maybe if he did'nt have that belt on this time there would have been a happier ending, just maybe. Sorry for the family.

Yep Jet is a small town speed trap like hulbert, the best thing about jet is you can dig for crystals in the salt beds!!!

I wish Oklahoma would do more about these speed traps... it causes tourists and others not to travel in that area... but I have never looked for cyrstals... believe it just might take the family there... grandkids would love it

I am the mother of the 9 year old boy. Just want everyone to know that he is a hero in my eyes! I thank God every second that get is alive!!!

I knew the man & the kid. He had the seat belt on, thats why he was killed...
