I took a walk in the showroom. Alot, if not all the cars have been cosmetically fixed because of previous accidents. Alot of accidents are not reported so autocheck and carfax is clean. But i recognized 2 of the cars there from the scratch makrs on the door sills. these cars have been in accidents, but not a major frame bending one. So even though alot of the cars have been in accidents, some are monir and will not affect reliabilty. The place where Rami paints his cars are another story though.

Honest, great car, great deal, I highly recommend! A friend suggested that I call Rami Suleiman because I was looking for a car that was Low mileage, Low price, Loaded, black Leather interior, and BLACK in color. Not so easy, since it's a car that is no longer being manufactured. Rami called me back within a few hours, and had located EXACTLY what I was looking for. I took my mechanic along with me to check the car out before I bought it. It's all he said it was....and more! I got ripped off at the Chry--er dealer on my last pre-owned car purchas. Rami and this transaction was a breath of fresh air. Rami was totally upfront and honest about the car's flaws. Yes, it had some cosmetic issues, a few scratches and rock dings, but he told me that upfront. I can deal with that. I am very satisfied and highly recommend Rami Suleiman and Diamond Motorworks to all my friends and relatives, and to anyone who hates the hassle of purchasing a car and dealing with the lies and games of the typical car salesman. My mechanic was highly impressed with the car, said I got a GREAT car for a GREAT price. I'll be a repeat customer. VERY SATISFIED!

Product description of cars from Diamond is excellent. The one I looked at had 83 professional quality photos; leading a person to believe the, "like new", description. I wanted photos of the tires/wheels and of any cosmetic defects and Rami promised them to me at once. While waiting for them, I ordered up a PrePurchase Inspection a few days later...expecting that I would get all photos, and still be satisfied.
3 days later the PPI was performed and I still didn't have photos of the tires/wheels. Furthermore, I'd already made airline reservations, expecting no surprises on what seems to be a straight car.
The PPI reported that the rear tires had LESS than 1mm of tread; that's pencil-lead thickness. This on a $30,000 car! That explains why Rami dragged his feet about sending photos.
The photos of cosmetic defects were accurate; they showed several DOZEN chips and scrapes that had been side-stepped in the original presentation. The car would need a complete re-paint to pass muster.
I'm out the cost of the PPI as well as the cost of an airline ticket...and what began as a completely trusting relationship with Rami has left me cold to ever do business with Rami and with Diamond Motorworks in Napersville, IL.

Rami seems like a jerk to me. I'm very interested in one of their cars, but really turned off by him.

Overall I am satisfied with the way things worked out. Just be sure to point out every flaw on the car because hes not very easy on coming down on is prices. Also check for paint jobs on the car. he had the rear bumper sprayed prior to putting it for sale and it was a horrible job. But like I said overall it was a good experience. He says his prices are fixed. I dont believe him, but I'm buying over the Internet, so I think it's more difficult to negotiate than in person.
