Honesty

The key to success in any good business no matter what you are selling is to be HONEST with your customers. This boutique is adorable but the end result is anything but what the average shopper is looking for. We drove 5 hours with the understanding that a dress was in mint condition that could not be located anywhere else in the country only to arrive to a find a $400 dress that was badly damaged! I could provide detail by detail of this situation but just as I myself read this thread and took my chance you too will have to make that decision on your own. I strongly suggest you find another boutique who wants to treat you with HONESTY AND RESPECT.

The girl at the front was extremely rude & arrogant! They were busy for a function and I understand BUT there aren't any excuses to treat anyone poorly! A very snooty place. I would not reccomend it to anyone.

Bought a very expensive evening gown only to have it ruined by Sue's awful seamstress. Told Sue I want to stop the alterations and take the dress home instead of it getting destroyed even more. Sue had a nasty fit but reluctantly gave me my dress (after 30 min of arguing)... She took the dress from the rack, dragged it on the floor, then slammed it on the counter, sent me home with the dress in a plastic bag NOT the garment bag I paid for.
Bad customer service and absolutely no integrity. People need to be more aware of that unprofessional place but it's hard when Sue deletes all the bad reviews off of yahoo, google, or yelp...

Dear Unhappy Customer, I have never had a bad experience in this store and my sisters mother and I have bought dozens of dresses from here over the years including my sisters Stephen Yearick custom wedding gown (which alterations did a fabulous job on) I have never had sue be pushy towards me even when I chose to take some of my dresses to another seamstress. I can't imagine her taking a dress and dragging it across the floor, but it seems as though you may not have the best perception of situations because you were already upset about the alterations and must be blowing it out of proportion. And as for deleting reviews, the sites don't allow you to do that, so that is impossible. Sue and the rest of the Bri'Zan staff are nothing but unbelievably professional and helpful! I love and will always love shopping there!! Unhappy customer wrote: Bought a very expensive evening gown only to have it ruined by Sue's awful seamstress.
