I think this may be a direct reflection of every third-world nation in Africa. I'd suggest they focus instead on completing their high school educations, and find something else to do besides lionizing basketball, smoking blunts, playin Rap with they pants on the ground, and gang bangin, but then again, I’d just HATE to be called a racist, oh dear me NO!
