Don't know about pct. 4 in Nac., but if any kudos need to go out to anyone it is the Sheriff' Dept. in San Augustine county.

I can provide some information about Jason Bridges, Constable. I had a roadside sign and mailbox that were vandalized one night in Etoile. There was a lady that witnessed the suspects but when it was learned that one of the boys' Dad was a cop in Diboll, Jason Bridges chose to let them get away with it.
