The various poles have this presidental race reasonably close today, at least in terms of asking the registered voters who they favor for that office.

But what they haven't done, however, is to ask the registered voters what the probability is of their actually going to the polls on election day and voting!

Only about half of the registered voters voted in the last several presidential elections.

The Democrats seem to be united and very encouraged about Obama, while the Republican seem to be divided and depressed about McCain.

I wonder ....!
