I believe she is the one guilty of killing Kelsey. That is my opinion.

Smith is GUILTY and not only of enabling child abuse that she has already been convicted of.

She is guilty of either murdering Kelsey or at best of doing nothing to protect her in the hours before she died and allowing her to be murdered.

No amount of twisting the truth or reinventing the event by her followers and friends will get her released for prison. Smith is exactly where she belongs and will be staying there until the very last day of her sentence.

She is at least guilty of what she has been convicted by her peers in her trial of. The real question is how much more is she guilty of? She is where she belongs, in jail, for a long time.

You mean like Raye didn't listen to Kelsey when she said "daddy mike hurt my head"? You are right about that leading to her being murdered...her mother laughed at her and told her she was wrong, remember that.

Due process was the trial RD had, and the presentation of the evidence that convicted her. She is where she belongs IMO.

I agree there could be more options to the poll. You could start your own if you wanted.

IMO it seems that the person who started this thread/poll was only interested in finding out how many people feel she is guilty of more than what she was convicted of. Not if she was wrongfully convicted. There are other threads discussing that.

It was easier when there was just one main thread, but Topix or the moderator decided to delete that one. It does not change that there are many opinions out here on the internet. And many do believe RD to be guilty of more than she was convicted of.

Ye, the jury was out to get Smith! As was the judge, the presentencing committee and DHS. And I was in on the whole thing from the begining becasue Smith stole my BF in 7th garde. Boy did I get even with her!
