First, it's sad that, that happened.I believe that both of those parents were at work and that is why that tragedy happened. Unless, of course, the kid was ditching school. Then that would explain everything.As for watching your kid 24/7 it's not that hard to do. You know they are in school that's if they're not off track. Stay at home mom's should pick their kid up from school in the first place.
