This goofball was one of the reasons why Azusa's redevelopment projects were so slow. This jackass always made empty promises to buisness owners trying to redevelop their buisnesses. I for one am glad he's gone.

I hear thru the grapevine that Fran Delach and other departments is next. The counsel is not happy with him.
