Right , he looked real smart at the debate
stuttering and stammering and uh oh er uh er uh
He did win SC though because the black people
voted for him. And SC is 88 percent black
dem. voters.
But if he can not debate with Hillary and Edwards
and even remember what he did and did not vote for in the Senate and how to vote yes or no
he voted 139 times Present, plese tell me how will he debate with the Republicans.
They are sitting by and waiting to tear him apart
He can stand with the big guys , he can only
say changge change change.
HE has no plan except to divide this country
on Black racial issues, he is for blacks only
I hope Bill Clinton keeps telling him what he thinks. Jesse Jackson won in SC in 84 and 88
The black vote. This is not about race.
HE would crumble under pressure as a President
if he gets mad over a debate with Hillary.
I've seen a report showing that even if the black vote was only 18% of the total in SC he'd have still won that state.

It is Hillary Clinton who brought up his race. Don't let her fool you. I am white and I support Obama. He will unite America and restore integrity to the office of president. Hillary Clinton will divide America and if she gets elected we'll have the same sort of dishonesty we've had since the first Bush was vice president. Let's end the Bush/Clinton era now! This is the United States, not the United Monarchies. No more dynasties!

Are you people forgetting that we still have soldiers fighting. It seems like everyone forgot about the war against the Muslim terrorists. You better know what your doing, He was raised Muslim. When you vote for him you might as well spit on our soldiers.

Barack Obama's FATHER was raised Muslim. Barack Obama's father became an atheist before he conceived him, and Barack Obama's mom was a Christian. An atheist father and a Christian mother are not going to raise their son to be a radical islamic extremist.

Where do you get your facts? An annonymous email sent out by the Hildabeast or the Republicans?

The real problem in this country is that there are too many idiots who can't see what everyone knows is obvious - that the Clintons are lowlife, scheming, law-breaking, adultering, self promoting, scum.

The sooner they are out of public life, the better. They are an insult to the Democratic Party. Democrats need Clintons about as much as blacks need Jackson and Sharpton - they are cut form the same adultering, self-serving cloth.

Billy's hero

Chappaquiddick is an island often used by the Kennedy family for vacations. Its only link to the mainland is a car ferry that has its last run of the day at 10:00 PM.

Ted Kennedy and several of his aids and campaign workers were indulging in a drinking party at a cottage owned by a friend of Ted Kennedy. For some reason, Ted and Maryjo Kopecney left the party together after 10:00 PM. MaryJo did not take her purse with her.

An island police officer stated that he observed a car, that was latter ID as Kennedy's parked along side the road in an uninhabited area. When the officer found a place to turn around and investigate, he found that the car had left where it was parked.

On the time line of events the officer had observed the Kennedy car minuets before it was involved in the accident.

Kennedy has stated that he and MaryJo were attempting to get to the ferry before the last run of the evening. However, if the other people at the party were correct about the time, they had actually left the party after the ferry had stopped running.

According to Kennedy, he made an error in that instead of a following the paved road when it turned to the left and on to the ferry landing, he turned right on a gravel road the lead to a wooden bridge that spanned an ocean channel to another smaller island.

The car left the bridge and fell into the water. As the car filled with water, Ted states that he found himself outside the car in the water and due to the strong current, could not get back down to rescue MaryJo.

Giving up on a rescue, he says that he walked back to the ferry landing, dove into the water, and swam to the mainland. He entered his hotel through a back entrance, took a shower, put on his robe and went to the front desk to ask for the correct time (establish an alibi?).

At some point, he phoned his advisers and they went to the local police the next day to report the incident. He stated that the reason he did not report the incident immediately was that he was "in shock".

An autopsy on MaryJo found that she did not have water in her lungs and that she was either one of the very few people who experience a "dry drowning", or she had died from running out of air that may have been trapped in the car when it went into the water.

It has been suggested that if Kennedy had called for help immediately after the accident, MaryJo may have rescued before succumbing.
It has been suggested that Kennedy knew the island too well to have made an error in turning right instead of left.
It has been suggested that Kennedy and MaryJo knew the ferry was already shut down when they left the party and that they had left the party for a reason other than going to the ferry.
It has been suggested that MaryJo left her purse behind because she expected to return to the cottage.
It has been suggested that the reason Kennedy chose his actions due to panic, and was an attempt to cover what he had done as to not ruin his presidential aspirations.

These are all lies from the Ron Paul campaign. Why is he picking on Obama specifically? No idea. He should be picking on the Republican candidates. He hasn't won a state yet. But the writing's on the wall.

Here's an idea. Maybe Ron Paul thinks somehow that he stands a chance at the presidency, and thinks Obama is likely to win the nomination. So if he can defame Obama enough he can get a head start in the campaigns.

That is if we buy his crap.

I guess you know him from your days on the Harvard Law Review together. Please share some juicy tidbits about how you bested him when you were both studying at Cambridge.

I know this wasn't addressed to me, but I didn't. A Republican president would've most likely been worse and Bush certainly would've been, but Clinton did outsource our jobs to China & through NAFTA. And went to war in Kosovo to help the military-industrial complex even though a diplomatic solution was available.

I am a great admirer of President Bill Clinton.
However, these last days and weeks of watching him come out with these less than honest statements about Senator Barack Obama have made me second guess my admiration for him.
I understand that he's working hard for his wife, Hillary Clinton, and while that, in itself, is admirable and expected, I believe that his efforts are causing a deep rift within the party that may not heal after all this is over, and the Republicans will capitalize on it - yet again!
All three Democratic candidates are more than qualified for the top job, and it is maddening to see the president lowering himself, his wife, his party and his legacy to this level. He has had a golden opportunity to lift all three candidates up during this primary campaign - with special positive emphasis on his wife's numerous attributes and qualifications for the job - without dividing the party and turning the electorate off the system yet again.
On a personal level - please, President Clinton, back off the negative stuff...you know that Senator Edwards, Obama and Clinton are all more than qualified to lead this country, and my fear is that we will all get at least another four more years of Republican mismanagement and wasted lives in a war that is going nowhere and an economy that is tanking and will even even further with them at the helm.
There is no one in the Republican party candidate line up this year that will do anything other than continue the Bush/Cheney's administrative morass that we all find ourselves in.
However, President Clinton, you run the very real risk of alienating a once loyal electorate thereby causing them to stay home in droves out of frustration and disappointment on election day in November and cause a once vibrant country hated and distrusted around the world to become even more so.
If you can't praise your party's candidates and bring a positive tone to this primary season and election campaign later on, for God's sake - back off, go do your good works and leave the process alone. The right person will prevail, the people are not stupid - they know what's right for them and for the country. They know all about being manipulated and lied to - they've had eight years of experience at the hands of a bunch of pros!!!
Do you also admire your feces as it swirls down the toilet?

I will not trash Sen Obama, but i do not believe he is ready to be president. The media do pay him special favoritism(right now) but if he does happen to win the nomination we all know most of the media are republicans, they will rip him apart.Republicans are salivating, waiting in the wings for Sen Obama. If he cannot handle the "destortion" of his record by the Clintons how in the world does he think he can handle the Republican spin machine?Simple he cant and he wont and we will once again be stuck with a Republican president most likely Mccain, who in the right light is a spitting image of Bush policy.

It's obvious Billary will not make the nomination. It scares me to think she might become vice president, though. She is only marignally qualified to serve as a poster child for birth control.

Well put. Bill Clinton is the reason I have vowed never to vote for a democrat again as long as I live. They all backed him regardless of propriety just because of party loyalty. I believe they would have supported him if he had molested a child.

The Billary coronation is right on track simply because the majority of American people have been hypnotized to the will of the Clintons. The 2nd Clinton Whitehouse takeover plan was calculated 12 years ago by an Arkansas machine that is still very much alive and kicking...unfortunately those that have stood in the way of the Clinton's over the years can't make the same claim. This is a very dangerous political operation that doesn't take prisoners. President Billary is a for gone conclusion!
Bill never did Hillary any good. He has hurt her through the years personally as well as politically. The scandals that surrounded him spilled over on her. He bad reputation has somehow become hers too. Too bad she doesn't deserve that. No more than that young girl should have been ruined by him. I wouldn't vote for her but I know this.
