Virginia Beach says Myrtle Beach crossed line in the sand

We were regular Virginia Beach visitors until
setteling in on Myrtle Beach. It's more laid
back here in Myrtle Beach, less hectic traffic and
much more to do here. Also, less rain here. So... We agree with the posting. Virginia Beach is ok.... but Myrtle Beach is much better for vacations!

We have been to both Virginia Beach and Myrtle Beach. Sorry to say but VB doesn't hold a candle to MB. Myrtle Beach rocks!

De La Soul, that's is a strange statement. My last trip down the strip in mid-evening indicated everything but that. The bar fronts were standing room only and predominantly black. Either way, I have no use for the VAB as it is today. The last decent club was Kokomo's. Quite a few years back there were several good venues including Worrell Bros, Mittys, and Septembers. I headed over to Septembers (had not been out in a long time) and found Shadows instead. The parking lot was full of high dollar cars and a rented cop was sweeping people with a metal detector. I won't elaborate but it didn't stay in business long.

I prefer Buckroe Beach to Va Beach any day. Less stores and eateries at Buckroe, but I got to the beach for sand and water.
