I was in WalMart the other night and was looking for some cereal. I had gotten the overnight munchies. There was a little short stocky dish water blonde with a big nose and short hair working there. I tried to get help her to wait on me and she just stuck her nose in the air and walked of huffing, "I'm busy", as she walked away. Whatever happened to the "10 foot rule"? Does anybody know what her name is as I would like to report her to the Corporate office. She needs to be fired. I think her name tag said "Jen" or "Jan" or something like that.

the reason nobody helps any customers on night shift is because they aren't trained to help customers.. do you not realize that none of them are just walking around talking to people like the day shift workers? they are there to stock and thats it.. 99% of them stay in a couple aisles all night and never even see the other side of the store.. if you need help with something go during they day

I was looking for one particular brand because I'm tired of the same old thing. I wanted to get some suggestions from her. This woman was, I would say, in her early to mid 40's. Maybe early 50's. All I know was that she was rude and if Mr. Sam were still living he would have fired her on the spot. I worked for WalMart when he was still living and I saw him pull a surprise visit overnight once at the store I worked at the time. He would stand and watch the associates and make sure they were doing their jobs. One associate pulled the same stunt this woman pulled and he fired the associate on the spot. It's too bad he's not still living.

Calling Bulls***!!! Sam was a tough business man and not all warm and fuzzy as most remember but he would never fire an associate on the spot!!! You are just a sht starter and it sounds like you have a personal grudge against someone who works there!! Grow up loser and if you have an issue with this woman tell her to her face and don't act like a puss and hide behind your TOPIX Screen!!!

Well, now, if I had a grudge then I would know who she was, now wouldn't I? I don't since I only got a glimpse of her name badge before she stuck her nose up in the air and left.

Mr. Sam was zero tolerant when it came to employees who gave bad service. He was very strict when it came to the 10 foot rule. He didn't even tolerate facial hair when he was alive. All male associates had to be clean shaven. No mustaches, no beards. If he knew how his store was being run now he would be spinning in his grave.

things never stay the same ,some for the better some for the worst, lots of wal mart employees are unhappy but least thier not to lazy to hold a job,And the job market is sad ,Just because she did not bow to you, does not mean she needs to be fired, she may have a family to support.best thing to do is get yourself a life .And not be such a cry baby .

Just because she's mad at the world is no reason to take it out on the customers.

Just because you can't read is the reason they put pictures on boxes now.

Seriously man! You couldn't pick out your own damn cereal?! Now you're all titty baby because she didn't hold your hand and walk you down the aisle. Who wipes your a$$ at home? I feel sorry for the people in your life. Nobody likes a whiney b***h. Needy people and their problems!!.... How about you try tackling some real world issues and leave the bs at home. P. S. No one really believes you ever knew or met Sam Walton!
